At Cleaner Days, we're all about spreading smiles and hassle-free cleaning. That's why we offer a 30-day happiness guarantee on all our products. Yep, you heard right—if you're not jumping for joy with your purchase, we've got your back!
Here's the scoop on how it works:
1. Reach Out: If your product isn't working out, shoot us an email at hello@cleanerdays.com.au with your order number. We're here to make things right.
2. Keep it Tidy: To qualify for a refund, just make sure your product is less than 20% used. We've got to keep things squeaky clean, after all!
3. Send it Back: Pop your product back in the mail to our warehouse, with the shipping costs on you.
4. Cha-Ching!: Once we've got your goodies back and processed, we'll arrange a refund back to your original payment method. Minus any shipping fees, of course.
This offer is only for Australian residents (sorry, global pals!).
This guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from cleanerdays.com.au. If you picked up your goodies from a third-party retailer, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.
Damaged Product
If your order had a rough landing and arrived a little worse for wear, fret not! Reach out of us within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement ASAP. Simply email hello@cleanerdays.com.au with your order number and a photo of the mishap- we'll handle the rest.
Change of Mind

If your goodies haven't hit the road yet, we can cancel your order and issue a refund.
If they've already shipped, you are welcome to send them back our way unopened and in brand new condition within 30 days from the delivery date. Please note, return shipping is covered by the customer and the refund amount will be less any shipping originally charged. For your peace of mind, we suggest opting for a tracked shipping method when sending back your items. This way, you can track its journey and ensure it arrives safely as we cannot accept responsibility for any missing packages.
